Relaying Self-Sufficiency

Florida Support Service Providers

WHO FSSP SERVES
Florida residents over the age of 18 who have been declared legally blind and are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.

WHAT FSSP DOES
We train, match, and provide SSPs to the Deaf-Blind consumers in the state of Florida.

WHO ARE SSPs?
Support Service Providers who interpret the environment and become the 'eyes' and/or 'ears' for the Deaf-Blind Floridians In the community and on the job. They may help with transportation.

Helen Keller said, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do much." FSSP believes that educating our society and raising awareness about the roles of an SSP are the vital keys towards reducing isolation and bringing forth self-sufficiency for Deaf-Blind Floridians.

TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
